Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with Shiprocket to deliver your orders efficiently. Multiple shipping options are available, including standard and expedited shipping, depending on your preferences.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Deliveries typically take 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • International Orders: Deliveries may take between 30-45 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping is available for all domestic orders.
  • International Orders:
    • Orders under 250gm: A flat shipping fee of ₹1000 will be added.
    • Orders above 250gm: A flat shipping fee of ₹1500 will be added.

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

We provide tracking for all shipped orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.
