ASTHI CAL

After a certain age, I started feeling weak in my knees and joints, especially when going up stairs or standing for extended periods.
There was also intermittent pain which would appear and disappear. I was told my bones might be weak.

That is when I started using Asthi Cal Tablet. It has Ayurvedic ingredients plus calcium, and hence I used it.

A couple of weeks later, it was possible to feel some improvement — the joint pain was reduced to some extent, and the stiffness was less. I do not say it happened overnight, but the pain was definitely more bearable.
